It was great to see so many of you at the LCI LIVE ZOOM live webinar Friday morning.

I was joined by finance and real estate guru Pete Wargent, to answer all your questions and go into as much detail as possible within the time available, regarding the current state of the economy and what the cycle indicators are showing as we transit toward the peak of the 2010-2028 Land Cycle.

The session went on for just over an hour and we were able to answer most of the questions that had been submitted.

This included:

-       Analysis of WA’s property market - could the peak push to 2027?

-       A look at the yield curve – is it still inverted and if so, what does it indicate?

-       An assessment of short-term interest futures and credit default swaps – are they flashing red?

-       Will the cash rate increase or decrease as we move closer toward an expected peak in 2026?

-       A look at the Brisbane real estate market – should property owners gear up for a sale at the peak or hold?

-       What will happen to the banks (and customers) in the downturn – expectation or risks of a collapse?

-       A look at the skyscraper index and the tallest buildings in Australia

-       Are U.S property prices close to peaking?

-       What do the Astro timetables (Gann, Benner) tell us regarding the peak?

And much more!
